This policy describes how Voltframe Electric ("we", "us") handles information collected through this website. We keep it short and plain because that is more useful than pages of legal padding.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into our forms:
- From the contact form: your name, email address, phone number and the message you write.
- From the booking form: your name, email address and phone number.
- If you opt in to SMS messages, we record that consent alongside your phone number.
We do not collect payment card details, government ID numbers or any sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use the information you submit for two purposes only: to reply to your enquiry, and to schedule and manage your appointment. We do not use it for any other purpose without asking you first.
SMS messaging
Phone numbers and SMS consent collected on this site are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing, and are used only to message the person who opted in. If you opted in to appointment-related texts, we may send confirmations, reminders and service updates. If you opted in to marketing texts, we may send occasional offers and news. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance.
Where your data is stored
Information you submit is stored in our customer-relationship system. Access is limited to the people who work at Voltframe Electric.
How we protect your information
Our forms are served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so the information you type travels securely to us. Once received, it is held in our password-protected customer-relationship system. Access is limited to the people who work at Voltframe Electric. We do not claim more than this.
Live chat widget
This site may include a live-chat widget operated by our messaging provider. Anything you type into that widget is received by that provider on our behalf and is used solely to respond to your message. The widget may set a cookie or use similar storage to maintain your session.
Cookies and similar tracking
This site may use cookies or similar browser storage for the following purposes:
- The live-chat widget described above may set a session cookie to keep your conversation intact while you browse.
- We may use an analytics tag to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate (for example, which pages are visited most). This data is not linked to your name or contact details.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect the chat widget but will not prevent you from using the rest of the site.
Sharing with others
